A strong work ethic is essential, along with proficiency in over-the-phone sales and excellent customer service skills. Compensation includes payment on renewals, with specific qualifications dependent on experience.

On our sales team, no individual earns less than $100,000. Former agents who have departed have never matched or even approached the earnings they achieved here. While some return, pride prevents others from doing so. Our role is to assist in refining your abilities and to provide a foundation for professional development and long-term advancement. Presently, two agents are exceeding $200,000 in annual sales by offering YES car insurance.
