High-End Barber Position Available at Men\'s Grooming Salon

Location: Valley Village, California

Schedule: Part-time or full-time hours are available.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performing both traditional and contemporary men\'s haircuts.
• Providing beard trimming and shaping services.
• Ensuring the grooming station is kept clean and orderly at all times.

Necessary Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of verifiable professional barber experience.
• Possession of a current, valid barber license or certification.
• An enthusiastic and personable demeanor.
• In-depth understanding of current grooming trends, equipment, and methods.

Earnings Structure: Compensation operates on a commission basis. For clients provided by the salon, the commission split is 60% for the barber and 40% for the shop. For clients the barber brings in personally, the split is 70% for the barber and 30% for the shop. Monthly commission earnings have the potential to reach up to $10,000.
