Primary Responsibilities

• Offer a cordial welcome and provide support to guests, students, and potential applicants.
• Handle telephone inquiries, arrange campus tours, and oversee daily front office activities, which includes making appointments for student salon services.
• Support potential students through each step of the admissions procedure, starting with the initial contact and continuing through to final registration.
• Keep precise documentation and adhere to all institutional and admissions guidelines.
• Help with basic laundry duties and general upkeep during quieter periods at the front desk.

Desired Qualifications

• Previous work in admissions, front office operations, customer service, or salon settings.
• Outstanding abilities in communication and organization.
• A constructive and businesslike demeanor paired with a strong focus on details.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and digital appointment management tools.
• An affinity for or prior experience in beauty, wellness, or education is beneficial.

Compensation and Hours

• This is a full-time role: Tuesday through Friday, 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and every other Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Hourly wage: $18 to $20, depending on experience.
