About This Job

California Panther Security is currently seeking part-time security officers with a minimum of seven years of law enforcement background.

We are in search of qualified, licensed, and professional individuals who possess an active guard card, a valid driver\'s license, and a clean record.

Requirements include:

• Over seven years of experience in law enforcement.
• A minimum of one year in a supervisory role.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening.
• Must have flexibility regarding shift hours and days off.
• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Must be available to work on holidays.
• Must be able to write and speak fluent English.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a valid work permit.
• Ability to maintain satisfactory standards for attendance and punctuality.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to deliver quality customer service.
• Ability to manage both routine and emergency situations efficiently and effectively at the client\'s location.

Duties Include:

• Customer service.
• Report writing.
• Providing a security presence to deter criminal activity.
• Adhering to all guidelines established by the client being serviced.
