The ideal candidate for this position will possess customer service skills and prior experience working in a dispensary retail environment.

Must maintain excellent personal hygiene.
Must have a minimum of five years of experience working within the cannabis industry.
Must possess all required Level 3 security equipment.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must possess a bulletproof vest.
Must possess a duty belt.
Must maintain a uniform in excellent, presentable condition.
Must demonstrate a proactive approach.
No personal phone usage while on duty.
Must maintain excellent hygiene, with any facial hair kept to a neat and professional standard.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
Security personnel must ensure a safe environment for all employees and the establishment.
Security must be proactive regarding safety and maintain a high level of situational awareness.
Remove transients who are loitering in the area.
Security will check individuals in and verify their identification.
Security will prevent weapons from entering the premises.
Must be capable of providing customer service.
Must arrive on time for all shifts.
Patrol the exterior and interior of the property to provide a visible presence and act as a deterrent.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Remove trespassers or homeless individuals from the property.

Projected Schedule: Open availability is required.

Status: Armed position.

Pay Cycle: Biweekly.

Rate: $19 to $21 per hour.

Location: Koreatown and Western areas.
