About This Job
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Set, align, and install wooden and metal concrete forms in strict accordance with provided project blueprints and elevation drawings.
- Measure, cut, tie, and position rebar and other reinforcing materials to satisfy all structural design specifications.
- Carry out concrete placement operations, which include raking, screeding, bull-floating, and edging to achieve proper consolidation and a level surface.
- Perform finishing techniques such as troweling, brooming, and specialized concrete finishes to guarantee consistency, durability, and the specified surface textures.
- Apply stucco systems, including base coats, scratch coats, and final finish coats, ensuring correct adhesion and a high-quality surface.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on finishing tools and equipment, including power trowels, floats, mixers, and scaffolding systems.
