• Valid contractor\'s license or official state contractor registration
• Active general liability and workers\' compensation insurance policies
• Ability to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• Reliable work crew, necessary tools, and dependable transportation

Compensation: Competitive rates. Payment is calculated per square, with the specific rate dependent on the project scope and materials used.
