Hiring AAA Battery Service Technicians (Northridge)

About This Job

We are currently seeking full-time service drivers to join our AAA team.

Our ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• A clean driving history with no major violations.
• Basic mechanical skills, including experience with battery replacements, vehicle lockouts, fuel delivery services, and tire changes.
• Strong customer service abilities and effective communication skills.
• Self-motivation and the capacity to fulfill both company standards and client needs.
• Eligibility to successfully complete a background screening.
• Good familiarity with the San Fernando Valley region and its roadways.
• Previous industry experience is a plus, though comprehensive training will be provided.

Compensation is determined by individual experience and includes a commission structure with additional opportunities for bonuses.
