Nestled within the famous Sound City Studio complex, our fully-equipped facility is open for bookings, offering an exceptional setting for artists, producers, and musical groups to realize their next musical endeavor.

Service Overview

Our studio provides a professional and inspiring environment with a vast array of instruments, hardware, and software. We cater to one-time sessions or long-term recurring bookings, with complimentary parking available.

Pricing

Hourly Rates:

• With an engineer: $60/hour (3-hour minimum)
• Without an engineer: $40/hour

Special Monthly Lockout Rates (Without Engineer):

• 4 hours per week: $500 per month
• 6 hours per week: $700 per month
• 8 hours per week: $800 per month
• 12 hours per week: $1000 per month

Special Monthly Rates (With Engineer):

• 4 hours per week: $1000
• 6 hours per week: $1400
• 8 hours per week: $1800
• 12 hours per week: $2500

The studio comes fully equipped. A comprehensive inventory includes:

Recording Hardware: Apple Mac Mini M2, UAD Volt 476P, Focusrite Clarett 8PreX, multiple premium preamps and interfaces.

Software & Plugins: Pro Tools Studio, Logic 11, UAD Spark, Waves Ultimate, Melodyne Studio, iZotope RX, and extensive plugin bundles.

Instruments: Extensive collection of acoustic, solid-body, and hollow-body electric guitars, electric basses, mandolins, banjos, and ukuleles from brands like Gibson, Martin, Fender, and PRS.

Microphones: Large selection of condenser and dynamic microphones from brands including United Studio Technologies, Lauten Audio, Shure, Electro-Voice, and Sennheiser.

Amplifiers & Racks: Vintage and modern guitar/bass amps from Fender, Marshall, Ampeg, Trace Elliot, and Orange with matching cabinets.

Pedals & Controllers: Wide array of effects pedals and MIDI controllers.
