Hello,

My name is Matt Erdems. I am a professional combat athlete and the lead instructor at FightCamp Fit. With a career spanning numerous competitions, I have participated in over 150 amateur matches and 23 professional contests for federations such as IAKSA, ISKA, and WAKO. My expertise encompasses Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Wushu, and Shotokan Karate. This diverse martial arts foundation informs all my work, as I remain engaged in both the fitness and entertainment sectors. I am dedicated to imparting this knowledge to individuals of every skill level and age group. Your objective may be general fitness improvement or specific competition preparation; in either case, I am committed to guiding you toward your peak potential.

Our operations are centered in Los Angeles. We provide Kickboxing and Boxing instruction at our dedicated gym in North Hollywood, or we can arrange sessions at a venue convenient for you. This could be a neighborhood park, your personal home gym, driveway, or garage.

If your aims include muscle development, self-defense skills, or enhanced physical conditioning, disciplines like Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Boxing represent highly efficient and dynamic methods to achieve them. We are eager to assist you in beginning your journey.
