About This Service
I am a licensed professional offering inspections for residential properties, commercial buildings, and mold assessments.
My standard pricing is as follows:
- Home inspections are priced at $500 for properties ranging from 2500 to 2800 square feet. This typically covers homes with three to four bedrooms, approximately one and a half to two and a half bathrooms, and no more than a few stories.
- Mold inspection services are also available for a fee of $500.
- Inspections for commercial properties begin at $800.
In addition, I hold certifications as a residential, commercial building, electrical, and commercial plumbing inspector.
