Weekly pool maintenance service. This includes skimming the surface, brushing the walls, vacuuming the pool, checking chemical levels, and emptying skimmer baskets. A filter cleaning is available for an additional fee of $70, but this service is included as part of an annual package priced at $1500 per year. The monthly provision of chlorine tablets is an extra $20, which can also be incorporated into the regular service plan.
