We are looking for a Multifamily Leasing Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. This is a full-time position based in the field, where you will represent dynamic apartment communities, boost occupancy rates, and receive unlimited commission for every lease you secure.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead compelling property tours and effectively showcase community amenities to potential residents.
• Promote new lease-ups through neighborhood canvassing, participation in local events, and outreach initiatives.
• Utilize Yardi software to handle leads, process applications, and manage communication with residents.
• Oversee move-in coordination and verify that units are prepared for occupancy.
• Assist with marketing activities such as signage placement, social media management, digital advertising, and other assigned tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Wage: $20 to $22 per hour (this rate is fixed).
• Commission: Uncapped structure — earn $500 for each lease signed (applicable after the seventh lease per month).
• Performance Target: 10 to 12 leases per month.
• Vehicle Allowance: $350 per month.
• Benefits Package: Full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) plan with company match; an Employee Assistance Program (EAP); plus a company-provided phone and laptop.
• Total Estimated Monthly Earnings: Between $5,000 and $6,000 (combining base pay, commission, and auto allowance).
